Pathetic Service, no response to queries
I have tried on numerous occasions to follow up on a query with MTN but to no avail. I have received a reference number [#***] which is of no benefit to anyone as they do not respond. They do not respond to any of my e-mails. I spoke briefly to a consultant regarding my account which is apparently with their legal department. The number she provided to me is no longer does not exist. I wish to cancel my subscription but not able to as the legal department has to close the account in order to do so.<br> <br> What is one to do?>
