Pathetic service no feedback

for such a large corporate MTN is absolutely pathetic and they just dont care at ALL . They making their billions daily so whats to worry about . I absolutely regret taking a data contract with them 1 week and they cannot explain how my data got lost as i know i did not use it 5 calls later and no answers a case logged but zero response every time get shoved to call later and their supervisors are such dedicated staff they wont take your call as they having a meeting at 5pm on a Saturday evening ...People DO NOT take a contract out with this pathetic so called Cellular Network !!!!
