Pathetic service - new business orders

Truly pathetic service, shame. Why are Nozuko Cemani & Dhiren Singh even doing new business orders if they are clearly ***********, can't deliver, don't communicate & quite frankly don't seem to have a clue what they're doing? Continually passing the buck & avoiding calls for a business account is a new level of rudeness & ineptitude !
