Pathetic Service MTN Wonderpark Mall

I write this email with utterly disappointment with the level of service I experienced from your Wonderpark store.

I went to this store for a simple task to RICA my sim cards. This gentleman was not even prepared to assist me, but what was I expecting since the customers infront of me were just pushed away. It was like he was telling myself and them that I need to go home now and I don't need you here. All he cares about is going to dance.

These kind of people don't deserve to be in a client facing environment if this how they will treat your customers. I work in a client facing environment and I have never treated any client like this.

This gentleman needs to be taken to task. I went to your store to FICA and had my ID and proof of address on email. He is telling me ,he needs a copy, RICA is a government things and not MTN. Do I really care about this?No! I don't! Tell me who gets physical copies of proof of address in this day and age.

You must just close this store or give an opportunity to people who deserve to work there and willing to go extra miles for customers.

I expect feedback within 14days.

The complaints line is just not responding, seems like they also don't care about customers
