Pathetic service (MTN Tygervalley)

The service I received from MTN in Tygervalley is pathetic. I visited the branch on Monday (3rd September 2024) to do a prepaid sim swap. Fair enough, I failed the security question, in which I was sent to the SAPS to do an affidavit. I returned back to the same MTN store on 04/09/2024 with all the required documents and I was assured that my SIM SWOP will be active after 24 hrs. I phoned the call centre after the 24 hrs to follow up, only to be told that the sim swop for the 04/09/2024 was not done by the Tygervalley store. MTN is so pathetic and I will never recommend it to anyone. I will definitely port to another network with better customer service.
