Pathetic service MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I took out 2 contracts and the total was round about R900 that was going to be debited on the 1st. That's what I was told over the phone.I check on my banking apo the total shows Over R2000. As far as I am concerned I never approved that amount. I never get through to a real person when I call 135. Very very pathetic service.I am going to cancel everything. Never using Them again!!!!
