Pathetic service-MTN N1 City

I purchased a laptop on Monday 20 December, switched it on 4 days later.It worked for a mere hour, took it back to the N1 City branch on 26/12/2021,only to be told be a Shameema that I must go home with the laptop and call HP to request a repair on the laptop.A repair, on a 5 day old laptop??
