Pathetic Service MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered MTN's black Friday deal, router + 100G . I am still awaiting for the router.

If I had not been to a store in December to find our what was happening, I still would not have a clue. the only communication I have had from them without me having to ask, was my reference #. I then mailed the customer care centre last week, I have received 4 email, telling me someone will contact me, I have received 4 emails..........................YET NO ONE HAS SPOKEN TO ME,,,,,,,, OR AM I CLOSER TO KNOWING WHAT THE ******* IS HAPPENING WITH THE DEAL. Did MTN have to greater uptake on the deal and are hoping people will forget, so they don't loose too much money someone did try and contact me, from a THIRD party company. well they hung up before I could answer and have not tried calling back, how did they know I was dealing with MTN.................WHY is a third party company trying to call me, are MTN call centre agents selling info to third parties????
