Pathetic service mtn

Mtn is the most pathetic service provider. I am trying to cancel my contract and have contacted the call center 3 times already holding on for more than 15 minutes each time. It seems to me that their cancelation department doesn't exist. Mtn please wake up before you business cease to exist.
