Pathetic Service MTN Cintact Centre .

Spoke to 6 consultants ...each transfering me back and forth on 2 seperate calls.A total of 2 Hours spent . Still my query is not resolved .Asked to speak to a supervisor which was not available . The last agent i spoke to promised to call me back....i am damn tired of MTN .Give me a call now to solve my query!!!
