Pathetic service MTN

Most pathetic experience , sitting and waiting almost an hour for my turn , ladies come in after me are helped and all I’m told is they have appointments , what ****ing bull****... I don’t sit in the queue for my health ... only two staff members servicing month end ... seriously MTN surely you have a system where eating your turn is , who ever left your shop for what ever ****ing reason should wait too ... your staff should be trained accordingly ... **** service ever
