Pathetic Service MTN

Pathetic Service from MTN consult Nonkululeko Khumalo. I have not been able to receive calls for over 4 days and all she was is rude and arrogant telling me that it is not their fault. I told her that my simswap was supposed to take 2 -24hrs. She made me feel as if MTN is doing me a favor and l do not matter as a client. MTN is doing me a favor and l must accept it. Very disappointed and l am considering changing network. She is not an asset to your company at all.
