pathetic service mtn

I have signed two upgrade mtn contract with a promotion items attached to it. This contracts were signed on the 31st July 2018 .the promotion items were watches for each contract. at the time of signing these contracts the sales person at Liberty Midlands mall informed me that there was no stock of these items available and we will be contacted once these items are available. we did not receive any communication from salesperson mtn liberty mall Nompilo , we visited the store on 3 different occasions whereupon we were told no stocks available. we then visited the store on Tuesday only to be told that the promotion is over and we do not qualify for the said items. our view is that we were not supp**** the items as there was no stock . it is not our fault that mtn cannot honour their promotions , there this issue should be rectified by mtn. these excuses given by mtn liberty mall is unacceptable . I feel that mtn should honour all their contract aggreement
