Pathetic service mtn

I am Lee Peach cell number ********** 880 i send emails after emails this morning i went and send emails to every department of mtn that i could find not one reply or phone call from them i am paying for a phone and for 5 months now i dont have a phone i am keeping all my emails ref.no. i will put i stop order on this phone because why pay for something you dont have they are never late to debit my account this is the worst service provider ever
