Pathetic Service MTN!!!

I am honestly so frustrated by the lack of service from MTN! Sent two emails to their customer care and retentions mailboxes, in Feb and in March and still no response!!!! To top it all, my premium has increased by R400!!!!! Is this how you brighten up someone’s day MTN?
