PATHETIC SERVICE MTN!!!

Mtn’s service is absolutely pathetic. Took a sky package on the 28/11/2024. 15 days has lapsed to now 15/12/2024.. numerous calls to departments… no agent seems to be able to assist … I’m am being transferred from pillar to post. My contract is active yet I’m unable to use it. My prepaid number has still not been migrated to postpaid. CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT URGENTLY PLS!!! Or cancel my new contract!!!!
