Pathetic Service MTN!!!

I have two numbers on my MTN Profile. I am trying to do an upgrade on the one number. Went through the whole process of upgrading on line. Haven't heard from MTN, so I have spent the whole morning on the phone between 083135, MTN Direct, MTN Online Department, even had to contact Durban. STILL AFTER 4 HOURS, I HAVE NO ANSWERS, NO HELP!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE😡
