Pathetic service, *********** bunch!
I have been going back and forth with mtn for 2 months now over the same query. I have spoken to over 20 consultants and the service becomes worse with each call. I have complained in all platforms available and they didn't even bother to call me and try assist.
If you are considering a network provider, save yourself energy and don't choose mtn. They are the worst bunch. I am so fed up.
I want to cancel my contract and I am not paying the cancelation fee. I am fed up!

This is not enough. Due to your mistake my debit order bounced in April leading to extra bank charges and a negative impact on my credit profile.
I requested to pay by hand but a see you guys ran a debit order which will lead to further bank charges.
I am very unhappy with the service received. I want to cancel this contract and I am not willing to pay the cancelation fee, you must write it off as it was your fault that led to all of this.
A whole two months for something so small to be fixed.
Please cancel my contract and I will not pay for the cancelation fee.
