Pathetic service & incompetency at harvest mall mtn

First of these idiots ate a bunch of *****sters, I opened up a contract last year May, till to date, no contract information whatsoever. I'm asking for my contract details to cover my phone insurance, but these idiots have no clue, they are blaming one another, another thing is, I have been a loyal mtn customer for years, but this is a disgrace for mtn. Tuto & Jordan at harvest mall is ***********, I have no words to explain how dumb these guys are. Mtn is a huge business, but how da flipping hell u have no records of my contract???? I will b taking this up further with the ombudsman and mtn sa. My phone is not fixed because of these idiots. I will be laying a complaint everyday or twice a day. This is my first complaint. Who cover my petrol to harvest mall?? Will mtn refund me??? I want my phone fixed. MTN you will b liable to fix my phone as this is a delay on your side. I need feedback with this bull****. Tuto & Jordan needs to pick up the phone and advise me who will b paying fuel cost & repairs to my mobile phone.tjose work at harvest pathetic mall mtn. I need answers!!!! Best u keep me updated.
