Pathetic service I received from Mtn Thabazimbi store

I'm very angry towards the consultant Maria K Tsunyane and the store manager who do not want to assist me, the service that they gave me is useless and unprofessional.on the 8/1/22 I went to Thabazimbi store, i was assistant by the consultant Maria K Tsunyane with my Hisense H220M contract/Lenovo -81Vu009QSA/MTN-CONTRACT 128K, the package was supposed to come with frees (Laptop bag ,a mouse & a Microsoft book) but there is no frees,I signed my contract knowing that I'm going to receive frees,I asked consultant Maria K Tsunyane where is my frees she said she will talk to the store manager about the frees,I went to Thabazimbi Mtn store 3 times she said she will talk to the store manager, I called Thabazimbi store twice I asked to speak with a store manager I explained everything to him he said he will get back to me up until now I'm still waiting to hear from him. Mtn Thabazimbi store manager who is useless and a lier,he doesn't take his customers seriously, Mtn Thabazimbi store manager and consultant Maria K Tsunyane please I want my frees.
