Pathetic service from upgrad department

Been try to upgrade for almost two months multiple online attempts, whent to a store and multiple phone calls everytime have to go tru the entire process then never here anything else after phoned there 073135 number to find out what is going on with the upgrade after some tite someone answers said thy will check then thy put the phone down. this is pathetic.
