Pathetic service from the WORST PROVIDER IN THE WORLd

Complete pathetic service from both store and also detentions, I have being to upgrade my wives device since last year october, first told no stock so I waited for iphones to arrive then when I came in november they stock but then contract would update cos systems down half way through the upgrade and since November always systems are offline then I call to cancel spoke to Wendy from cancelations assisted us with contract but I haven't heard anything since January about anything although she promised to call back and then I spoke to sibusiso also to try get the phone upgraded but same problem promised to call back but never did. Then last week somebody calls to upgrade we did everything but then today they call back "sorry sir no stock please go to the store again to perform upgrade" I went to the store AGAIN AFTER OCTOBER LAST YEAR and now all day since 12:00 they can only tell me the systems are offline exactly like last year so now what the hell should I do I think I'll go take mtn to court and all over social media as I have every call recording done and also every SMS that I got with a reference and I'll share my pain and suffering with mtn all over Facebook and twitter Instagram and even on my youtube channel.
