Pathetic service from MTN. Uneducated consultants....

I am so sick of MTN ****ty consultants. For 3 weeks now I am trying to get my router to work. No one seems to know their job at the customer call center. It's pathetic. And when I want to cancel...I have to pay R4000 for something I never used and it was not my fault. MTN is pathetic. Hopeless bunch of people. Seriously.
