Pathetic service from mtn sa

I have opened up a query for my mum on the 4th November regarding her not able to receive calls from any cell c number and the calls divert to another lady. Mtn since the 4th of November has given me no resolution to my problem. Called on several occasions and they say it's still pending.. Cannot understand how a query over 2 months still not resolved... Pathetic service from MTN south Africa.. I hope someone from higher authority seeing this msg will contact me to resolve my mums issue with they network immediately. It's becoming frustrating to keep calling mtn. My number is ***. Reference numbers given to me thus far are these 2 Smc/*** reference mtn 4 November 2019
