Pathetic Service from MTN SA

Absolute pathetic service from MTN. Trying to get my statements from 01/03/2019 to 29/02/2020. Been phoning and emailing daily for last 3 weeks with nothing as yet. If you phone everybody says we are emailing them now. NOTHING to date. Received statement yesterday but not one of them the dates I requested. Where do we go to get this done ? PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
