Pathetic service from MTN SA

I have a contract with MTN and the contract was eventually handed due to non payment. I made arrangement with the debt collector and paid of the amount in full. I have been trying to get hold of MTN in order to get a paid up letter to no avail. I have been sent from pillar to post.
