pathetic service from MTN SA

what pathetic service I have been getting from MTN insurance. I have put in a claim for my phone over a month ago and till today I havent received the device. I have been promised that the device will be delivered and till today I have not received the device. when you phone they hang up on you. I am changing insurance companies and I am taking this up. This is such pathetic service.
