Pathetic service from MTN pmb

Very disappointed with MTN at Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg. I went and took a WiFi contract on the 8th April 2023. I was assisted by the salesman named Claude who advised me that the line would be open within 24 hours. It has now been 10 days and my line is not opened. I went into the store 3 times and each time time they said it's going to be sorted out in 24 hours but nothing thereafter. The salesman is now avoiding my msgs and calls and I'm so frustrated because I can't get any help and will still have to pay for this contract at the end of the month. I am so disappointed and would like to give everything back and cancel the contract. People warned me against MTN and I did not listen, so I would like to advise others not to purchase products from these stores. Absolutely pathetic service from MTN. I can be contacted on ***
