Pathetic service from MTN Phoenix from someone called herself a lady .

I visited MTN Phoenix to fix my SIM card as I was told by customer care . The lady who assisted me was so rude , I explained everything to her and she told me to come back Monday because the manager who deals with sim swap is not available. I asked her to check Cornubia branch if they also not do sim swap on weekends she refused at the 1st place and told me I must call by myself. I was so angry that MTN they recycle my SIM card and the staff they can’t help just to make a call to check if they operating or not rather than wasting my petrol to drive there . She told me I’m not working for her I must know that , if I want to complain the is a number by the door I can do so . Teach your staff not to be ******, customers are equally . She must be thankful that she’s got a job in this difficult times most companies are retrenching
