Pathetic Service from MTN Mobile once again!!!!

On 23rd November I had app**** for a Black Friday deal which was a Data Contract. On 24th November a lady calls and we go through the entire process including all my personal details, Terms and Conditions and the details of the contract. I was told that the contract is approved and then she has asked for a delivery address for which my package would be delivered, I was also told that I would receive an SMS confirming my contract details which I haven't received as yet. 27th November I called MTN and now they have no trace of my application and cannot find anything at all. After wasting my time on the phone and even asking for personal details.

Very Very pathetic Service from MTN once again. After this I will definitely be porting my number to another service provider.
