Pathetic Service from MTN Insurance

Guys if you have options DO NOT use MTN insurance for your devices. Pathetic service, they do not care about their clients. Its been over a week now since I lodged my claim and no one bothers to communicate let alone acknowledge my emails. You have to call them almost everyday and speak to the consultants at their call centre who will make promises after promises and its a mountain to speak to the Manager. The Courier service is worse, for three days their driver was on the way to fetch the phone
