Pathetic service from MTN Greenacres

I have receiving horrible service from MTN in Greenacres opp Capitec main branch

These a lady the name of Gugulethu, a lady with attitude. 4months ago she was assisting me whitelisting my phone she me 2 days it should sorted, I went on day 4 she was at the store but not on the shift so no can help me must wait for her. I made time I went again I find her she said Oh no Sir it will take 3months. I left 3months late it's still not done she telling me systems are not working that I'm being billed for phone that I cant use.

My contract has come to an end with MTN I opted to leave them with thier pathetic service, when I get to the store guess who is helping me Gugu again😭😭😭 She check and said you have credit of R1.8k, I asked for refund she log it on 15th September, I asked for ETA I advised within 3days should reflect I gave them more than 7 days nothing I went to the store Friday the 22nd spent 30min with no feedback she just kept quite when I told her I need answer she like her systems are offline but other people are you.

She promised me call when I left till todate she never called or email me

This kind of staff must removed from store because giving companies bad name
