pathetic service from mtn

i have been trying to contact mtn for 4 months to increase my usage limit. Call centre no help, emails ignored, app says contact call centre. No service at all from mtn for 4 months. A customer for 15 years, working at home and mtn cannot provide a service. Disgusted.
