Pathetic Service from MTN

My contract ended 26 March 2026, then I received an email saying I am on a month to month contract. All the calls I received from agents I have indicated that I am cancelling my contract. Now I am requested to give 20 day’s notice, what nonsense is this. My mtn app says contract end date 26 March 2026, so the contract should cancel. I will not pay another dime. This is pathetic service. How may times must I tell an agent to cancel my contract. The agent I spoke to Today Lunathi, first says her manager is in a meeting, then says her manager does not work on a Saturday. How can there be no supervisor or manager available at such a well known Institution. This is really pathetic service
