Pathetic service from MTN

Pathetic and disgusting service. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 weeks. I have called and was told to go instore. I go instore and with alot of attitude i am told to call the call centre on a week day. I call the call centre and after having my call cut several times i get through but thede is no1 there. I can hear the staff talking and laughing but no one speaks to me. The last call lasted over 15 mins of me listening to staff having the time of their lives. Im livid, annoyed and disgusted by how I'm being treated as a paying customer.
