PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN

Good day, I have a terrible experience with MTN as I am due for an upgrade. What happened is that DSV came on Friday 29 September 2023 the time 10:57 to deliver my device at my house. Everything went smoothly but their machine gave a lot of problems and the driver took my device and never came back.

When I contacted DSV they told me that MTN must give the go ahead and approve the delivery status so that I can get my device. I keep on sending emails to MTN and also tried calling them several times and get no response or NO ONE even bother to be of assistance.

Friday 6 October 2023 will be a week and I am still waiting for feedback. MTN is the worst company ever. Team members don't give a damn to assist me as a loyal customer which I pay every month a huge amount for everyone in my house hold.

PATHETIC SERVICE....... I want answers immediately and if someone wakes up to contact me it will be for the delivery date not to appologise as I will SORT them out very quickly. I am SICK AND TIRED of MTN'S *********** SERVICE
