PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN

Struggling EXACTLY 2 weeks to get hold of Mtn, emailed them to contact me, no response, on the line waiting 15min then called got cut. Called back holding another 10min then call get's cut. How can i get hold of someone to assist me at MTN? service is pathetic but they quick to debit your money.
