PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN CALLCENTER!!!

I called their callcenter which took me an hour to speak to someone without them dropping the call on me. I requested for my contract to be cancelled the guy told me to pay R477, I was at the store and paid the amount, he told me to call back after 3 hours to cancel the contract. I called back another agent tells me to pay an amount of R150 I go back to the store and then another agent tells me to call in 24 hours. All the agents told me different stories and 2 of them dropped the call while speaking and my contract is still not cancelled which I was trying to do from April.
