Pathetic service from MTN Bayside Mall

App**** for cellphone contract at MTN store Bayside Mall, I waited for a week nobody came back to me, I went there they say application unsuccessful due to credit record, but they can appeal. Few days later I took my good credit report to them to submit to head office, they promise to get back to me. Few days later no call, I went back now there is a different problem, by this time I'm helped by the third person. She cannot help because the 1st person to help me has the details on his PC. I asked them to let me know when they have an answer. Another week later, no contact from anyone at MTN. When you dil the number there is no answer. Pathetic service, absolutely poor.
