Pathetic Service from MTN Ballito Junction

I recently took a new contract at MTN. My first interaction with them. It has been an absolute nightmare. I first dealt with Zama and the dealings were pleasant. When I left the store and tried to use the SIM card it noted that it was RICA barred. I called back the same day spoke to a gentleman with the worst attitude and incompetence experienced ever. He basically said to me he does not know how to help me. He then sent a text to say the issue was resolved. It’s the next day and it still isn’t working. I called the store at least 20 times with no assistance. I am hoping this message gets me some assistance.
