Pathetic service from MTN

I have been using MTN for almost 15years now. I even have router on contract with them. For almost more than a year now, we are experiencing a terrible service from MTN here in Bergville KZN. I just feel that MTN is now taking us from a ride because they are the ones with more coverage in this area of Bergville than the other network providers. It's almost the 3rd day now, sitting without MTN network. This happens so often lately and it very inconveniencing considering that most of us, we don't only use the network to make and receive calls, but we are transacting with it. That is, our banking apps are not working. We are stuck. Even when there is a loadshedding, we always experience the same thing and this has been going on for ages now. Why can't MTN upgrade their network infrastructure and install backup batteries. We are paying for this service, so we demand better service from MTN.
