Pathetic service from MTN Angelo Mall

Mtn at angelo mall is pathetic the service you get is a joke i went to do a early upgrade and naturally they charge a fee, when i asked to make a payment arrangement for the fee it was fine but the guy did not listen to what i wanted and did what he wanted then messed up my account, he then instructed me not to pay the fee until it has been fixed on my account and i did exactly that. I then got a phone call that i was handed over to CSS for no payments. Now i pay my account via EFT and send POP to CSS each month but still this time i get final demand emails of no payments .. im sick of the *********** employees at MTN Angelo Mall my name has been stepped on because of an *********** idiot and i still get treated i am steeling their money where i do pay and send POP.
