Pathetic Service from MTN and their so called LEGAL DEPARTMENT

<p>Earlier this month I wrote to Hello Peter complaining about the service from MTN! They do not follow any proceedure before handing you over to Attorneys... Attorneys call to harrass you for money you arent even aware that you owe to MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being the good person I am, I decided to pay the so called 'outstanding balance' that was due to MTN, although MTN fail to respond to any of my email - Bonginkosi Hadebe, MTN Service & MTN Customer Care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bonginkosi confirmed that he would be dealing with the Attorneys to drop the case, this has still not been done even though the money was paid. I receive phone calls and messages from Shapiro Shaik Defries???</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit has still not been updated as per my TransUnion credit score!</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN fails to follow any procedure or even keep and level of Customer Service in mind!!!!!!!!!!!! This is pathetic MTN</p>
