Pathetic Service from MTN and Smartphone plus

<p>Disgusting service from MTN Insurance and Smartphone plus AGAIN. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can't believe MTN wrote my number on the repair sheet wrong so how will the courier company reach me? Took the day off on the 9th November 2016 so they can come and collect my phone only to find that my number is wrong. The only reason I took this insurance is because I was told I would get a phone whilst my phone was being repaired. I think that was the first thing they told me that they won't give me a phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been over two weeks since I put in a claim and only on the 8th November 2016 after holding on the phone for more than 2hours to get through to MTN insurance. Now I can't reach MTN insurance so they can correct my number and so my phone can be collected. </p> <p> </p> <p>This service is pathetic</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
