Pathetic service from MTN AND DSV

Took up the black Friday deal. Router and sim was delivered by DSV on 8th Dec 2021. Supp**** all my documents to DSV. Over 24hrs later, my sim has not been activated. RICA STILL NOT DONE. Calling mtn and failed to get anywhere. As for DSV, THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I have 4 contracts with mtn. Is this how the treat an existing customer?
