Pathetic service from MTN again!!!!

<p>Basic information is a hassle. December 2016 logged a query online about my data cost randomly spiking at intervals and usage is quite consistent on my side-to date MTN has not responded. Called 20.34 to get my minute usage from 21st Feb to date.. team leader can't assist because billing hasn't run. Yet I'm requesting usage on minutes not payment as it's a fixed contract team leader has no way problem solving except to talk about mtn process. Yet the agent Goodness is willing to give me all the information on the call line for line but can't email anything???? Team leader can't answer! So when you have a dispute in the middle of the month you can't actually can't see what you paying for untill bill run. And her answer is mtn service is to load the data and minutes! Really so if we have a query on why data and minutes spike it's not MTNS job to resolve yet MTN deducts??? So we all wait for 21st and ir we have a query in the month MTN doesn't care! Yet we pay mtn on time</p> <p>MTN must have the worse business ethics! Worst customer service and you advertise about no dropped calls be like Vodacom put your money where your mouth is because I'm paying you and everyday I get at least 3 to 5 dropped calls but talk about what MTN supplies. #MTNmustfall</p>
