Pathetic service from mtn

I am ****ed, this is the 11th day into the new month that I am getting no feedback or assistance with my data bundles. My router and sim stopped working on the first, mtn has not been returning my calls neither are they getting any technical support on board! This is the second time this year I had to complain on hello Peter to get something done! Mtn is pathetic! If I am not given the service I am obviously paying for I will take this further.
