Pathetic service from MTN
Im so angry with MTN. They handed me over to MBD Inc, after I cancelled my contract i time. Deducted money from my account and still saying that I owe them money. I requested my telephone recording since 2017 and up to date nothing surfaced. I gave them and the MBD Inc. all correspondence between myself and MTN which MBD Inc did not even read because after 7 days asking me for exactly the same information. It's 2020 and this case is still unresolved. What can I do to clear my name as I geniunly did cancel my contract on time but still being harassed rudely treated by a lady called Flora at MBD inc.

I do not agree and that is my point.
I do not have anybody in your team not even MBD that is willing to assist me.
I cancelled my contract on the 5th of April with Mpho case nr *** and requested the recording of this telephone call. Up to date no response from your lawyers or from you and Im going to post all my information regarding this case on hellopeter for public to see with my reference numbers etc to make my point that you guys are ******* and have no ethics.
Please respond with my telephone recording ASAP.
Im not paying you a sent. Until I get my telephone recording.
Im willing to occur any further legal cost just yo show you that your company is *****ing from the people who cannot afford it and making people's reputation bad

Legal action is imminent if ur MTN acc remains unpaid. Pls call MBD INC. on *** for a pmt plan. ***
Please assist urgently because they not replying to any of my emails to them.
I requested from MTN a confirmation letter to state my account is cleared. They said the sent it but I did not receive a copy. Please assist to where it's been sent to: trouble ticket# ***.
