Pathetic service from MTN

Horrific Service from MTN. MTN has not been debiting my account for the past two months and I had to go in store to make payment. On both occasions when I went in store I was told to wait just wait there as their system was offline. Two months later I phone MTN call center, where I waited more than 20 minutes to speak to a so-call "Service Champion" who once again told me they cannot help me because her system is frozen. I was simply told to phone in again later. I have sent numerous emails as well regarding my billing which only gets responded to after two weeks and other don't even get a response. Pathetic Service. Worst mistake was taking a contract with MTN.
