Pathetic service from MTN

Cancelled contract on 8/7. Retentions dept only cancelled contract on 10/7...have been debiting my account since July for R99 p.m...I put a stop to the debit order at my bank..they change the reference number and the debit goes through. Endless wait on the fone to speak to detentions dept ...numerous references My account continues to be debited and I get promised a refund every month. This is the worst service ever ..branch staff cant do anything. No response.to emails...considering times are so tough you people are *******. I am sick and tired of having to run around to get back my money because of your in competence
